Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of repareskincare.com (the "Site") and to any purchase from Repare, LLC ("RePare Skincare," "we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or buy our products. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2. Product use and safety

Our products, including TCA and glycolic acid peels and topical numbing creams, are cosmetic products that can cause irritation, redness, peeling, burns, scarring or changes in skin color if used incorrectly. Before using any product, you agree to:

• Read and follow all directions, warnings and our Peel Safety Guide.
• Do a patch test before first use and start with the lowest strength suited to your skin.
• Stop use and seek medical attention if you have a serious reaction.
• Consult a physician or licensed skincare professional if you are pregnant or nursing, have a skin condition, take medication that affects your skin, or are unsure whether a product is right for you.

Information on the Site is for general educational purposes and is not medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. You use our products at your own risk.

3. Orders and pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel orders placed at that price. Discount codes cannot be combined unless the offer says otherwise and have no cash value.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Authorize.net. By submitting an order, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.

5. Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States. Some products cannot be shipped to certain states because of state law, and we may cancel orders for those products to those states. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier receives your package. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account login confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you believe your account has been used without permission.

8. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review, photo or other content, it must be honest, based on your own experience, and must not be false, offensive or infringe anyone's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and reproduce that content in connection with our business. We may remove content at our discretion.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, product names and design, belongs to Repare, LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission. Third-party brand names belong to their owners.

10. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose; to resell our products without our written permission; to interfere with the Site's security or operation; or to use bots or automated tools to access the Site or place orders.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Results vary by person, and we do not guarantee any specific result.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Repare, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Repare, LLC from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your misuse of our products or the Site, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on the Site. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted.
