This Privacy Policy explains how Repare, LLC ("RePare Skincare," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit repareskincare.com (the "Site"), create an account, sign up for emails or place an order.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, order details, account login details, and anything you send us when you contact customer support.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Authorize.net. We do not see or store your full card number; Authorize.net handles it under its own privacy policy.
• Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, products added to your bag, the site that referred you, and similar data collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.
• Email sign-up: if you sign up for our first-order discount or emails, we collect your email address and the answers you choose to give (for example, your skin goals).

How we use your information

• To process and ship your orders, send order and shipping updates, and handle returns.
• To create and manage your account.
• To answer your questions and provide customer support.
• To send marketing emails if you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• To understand how the Site is used, fix problems and improve it.
• To show you RePare ads on other sites and measure how our ads perform.
• To detect and prevent fraud, and to comply with the law.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information for money. We share it only as needed with:

• Store and hosting providers: our e-commerce platform (Medusa) and its hosting provider (Railway), which store and process order and account data for us.
• Payment processing: Authorize.net.
• Shipping: EasyPost and the carriers that deliver your order (USPS and FedEx), which receive your name, shipping address and package details.
• Analytics and advertising: Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta (Meta Pixel). These partners collect information about your activity on the Site through cookies and pixels to measure traffic and show you relevant ads.
• Legal reasons: when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect our rights, customers or others.
• Business transfers: if our business is sold or merged, customer information may be transferred to the new owner.

Cookies and advertising choices

We use cookies that the Site needs to work (for example, to keep items in your bag), plus analytics and advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the Site may not work without them. You can also opt out of personalized ads from Google at adssettings.google.com and from Meta in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and learn more at optout.aboutads.info.

Under some state privacy laws, sharing data with advertising partners for targeted ads counts as "selling" or "sharing" personal information. You can opt out using the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link at the bottom of the Site. How long we keep information

We keep order and account information for as long as your account is active and as long as we need it for accounting, tax, legal and return purposes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and card payments are encrypted and processed by Authorize.net. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Site and our products are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
