Orders ship within 1–2 business days, free on orders of $50 or more and $4.95 flat below that.

Processing and delivery

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
• We ship with USPS or FedEx. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location and are estimates, not guarantees.
• You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Some products cannot be shipped to certain states because of state law. If an item in your order cannot be shipped to your address, we will contact you and refund that item.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away; we can update the address only if the order has not shipped yet.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your tracking shows no movement for several days, your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, or it arrives damaged, email [email protected] with your order number and we will help resolve it with the carrier.
